Emergency or scheduled service?

Call our emergency line any time for no heat in winter, no cooling during a heat wave, water leaking from equipment, or a system that keeps tripping its breaker. For gas smells, smoke or a sounding carbon-monoxide alarm, leave the building and call 911 or your gas utility first — then call us once the home is safe.

For everything else — spring and fall tune-ups, free replacement quotes, air duct cleaning, indoor air quality questions or a second opinion on another company’s quote — call during office hours and we will book a visit that fits your schedule. For duct cleaning, it helps to know roughly how many supply registers and return grilles the house has.

Before you call: a two-minute check

If there is no gas smell, smoke, water near electrical parts or CO alarm, these quick checks sometimes solve the problem — and they always help the technician:

1. Confirm the thermostat is set to Heat or Cool with the right setpoint, and replace its batteries if the screen is blank.
2. Look at the furnace filter; a clogged one can shut a furnace down or freeze an AC coil.
3. Check the breaker for the furnace or outdoor unit — reset it once, and leave it off if it trips again.
4. Note any blinking light on the furnace control board and take a photo of the equipment label.
